I’m running a Plex server on a PC at my house. I am able to connect from a browser and my Android phone, but my daughter can not connect from her iPhone. This has been happening on and off for a couple months (through more than one Plex update). If I shut down the Plex server and restart it, she can usually connect for a while but then the problem reappears. He app is showing that it is fully updated as is my server.
Any suggestions on what to check to figure this one out?
