Can't connect to web app

Odd problem. PMS works great from any device app (iPad, Android), but not from a web browser. I cannot connect to the server to even manage it. It keeps reporting that the server is unavailable. If I reboot the server, it will work properly for about 15-20 minutes, then revert to this state where I cannot connect via the web.

This seems to have started after updates, possibly Windows-related or PMS. I updated everything at the same time.

Thoughts?

Which browser? Have you restarted the browser in safe mode/no add-ons? Have you tried other browsers?

This is actually multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox). This is on multiple computers as my family and friends cannot connect to my Plex server from the web. This is on same network as well as local Windows desktop using the 127.0.0.1 address.

Updated to November 22nd version and the problem is still there. After some time, I can no longer connect to the server via the web. But via devices is fine.
