Server unreachable all of a sudden

All of a sudden after years of having no problems at all, I can’t connect to my windows 10 Server anymore. I am only using Plex locally and Server connects succesfully to Plex as seen under Devices but no client can connect.
The server “Black Mini” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.
Any ideas or steps to fix?

I’m having the same issue… initiated server upgrade from apple tv client… now my server is unavailable… it seems like it wants me to create a new setup entirely for some reason.

After initial install found the server and worked for about 5 minutes. Now it can’t find the server on my iMac.

I found a solution…for whatever reason did the Windows firewall block any access to Plex…i disabled the local firewall and now it works as before. For whatever reason (maybe a windows upgrade) did the windows firewall block plex.
