"Can't continue playback because the connection with your server was lost"

I get the error in the title about once every 45 minutes, interrupting every movie I play once or twice. This error shows up on my apple TV4K, and happens both in Infuse and the Plex app. I lose connection with my Plex server and it’s fixed each time by walking over to my Mac and refreshing Plex Web. I’ve had this issue for months with Infuse and Plex on the Apple TV and cannot figure out what it could be. I also will have Plex Web stop loading a movie sometimes while just on the computer. I think I’ve changed every setting in the Plex apps on my computer and Apple TV and get the same result. Both my computer and my Apple TV are on gigabit ethernet with plenty of bandwidth to spare. I’m not very tech savvy when it comes to these server setups so I haven’t done anything advanced.
