Plex on Apple TV Keeps Losing Connection

Hi,
I am running Plex on my iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017) with the database stored on an external HDD.
I view the content through my Apple TV 4 (non 4K Version).
Every now and then the server connection is lost. I am assuming this is because the iMac or the HDD Goes to sleep?

Does anybody have any suggestions as to what could be causing this and what a possible fix might be.

when the Apple plex app loses the connection, see if the server is running by opening a browser on the server computer and loading url http://localhost:32400/web

Get some logs of the problem and attach here together with information; on the error - what time it was

For logs make sure debug logging enabled beforehand

Restart the server before doing a test

When it fails, do the localhost test and collect logs
