Can't control plex app with the PS5 controller

Two weeks ago, my plex app stopped being controllable with my PS5 controller. I have to use the TV remote to control it. I tried disabling the HDMI-CEC from the PS5 settings but it didn’t change anything. Has anyone encountered the same issue or has an idea as how to fix it?
