Plex app on the PS5 not working

Hi everyone,

About three weeks or so ago Plex suddenly stopped working on my PS5 app. It just says that my server is not available as if the PC is turned off (which it isnt).

Can anybody theorise as to why this may happen? I literally have no idea. This has never happened before. The server is there and works fine on the PC and the link definitely still exists from PC to PS5.

Last time I had a long standing Plex issue it ended up being because the app on the PC side needed to be updated, but that was different because it still let me view my library on the PlayStation. They just wouldn’t play.

Same thing has happened to me. Works on other devices, not the PS5.

So once again Plex is dead in the water and no responses from anyone at the company. Do they have any Support? My Plex hasn’t worked for at least 6 weeks now.

They are dead only billing support working
