Can't delete TV Shows using the web UI

Windows Server 2019 build 1809

I can not delete any shows or episodes using the web ui. I can delete media from any other library I have i.e. Movies, Music, Fitness Programs, etc. The error I get is “There was a problem deleting this item” I can log into the machine and delete the files using the “File Explorer” on windows but that’s it.
