For the last few months I have not been able to download films and series on my mobile phone.
Downloads work on my Ipad and the Desktop pc version.
UPDATE: I deleted and reinstalled the app. It works now!

Please now go grab the server logs while that error is still in the buffers.
Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
It will give you a ZIP file.

If this is one of Plex’s movies – you can’t download them. (that would be piracy)
