Downloading movie to iPhone gives error

Player Version#: 7.28.1
Device: iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 15.3

Unable to download movie to iPhone to watch offline.
Tried many times same error occurs.

Shield Connected via gigabit LAN,
iPhone via WiFi excellent signal.

I need the ios logs to see why this isn’t working. Please reproduce and get me these logs.

Your logs show a bunch of networking errors. I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ll have to pass this along to the dev team to look at.
