Can't download on new iPadOS or iOS app

The screenshots from my iPad are it in landscape mode.

I’ve turned off rotation lock in iOS, but the app does not rotate when I rotate the device.

Oddly, enough, to get landscape versus portrait mode to work you have to start a video, then during playback, tap the three dots, tap Playback Options, and the uncheck lock to landscape. The setting is persistent across future video playback.

Your correct, playback Options and it stays put Library wide.

I can’t explain it, but there is now a download button and downloads are working :man_shrugging:t2:

How about this issue? I just tried to test a download on my iPhone, but I get this error. Never had an issue with downloads on iOS before:

EDIT: Same exactly episode is transcoding and downloading just fine on my iPad with the old plex app.
