The Plex app on my iPad has just updated to the new design. But there is now no download button for anything. I have existing downloads available, from before this update. But I can’t download any new files. I have a “Lifetime Plex Pass”.
It should be next to a Episode or TV series Play/Watch button, Arrow pointing downwards in side a Circle. To find your Download details, go to your Avatar (Top Right) / Downloads.
Nope, I don’t have that download button:
Avatar > Downloads lets me see the downloads I currently have. From before this update today. But it does not let me download any new files

My previous comment has a screenshot of what is available on the iPad. No download option.

Also just to show that I have Plex Pass (my understanding is it is required for downloads):

What I can say, as I am from Tester Group 2025.15.0 it is definitely present on my IPad Pro. Reading back my notes it was reported to be a bit hit miss with some model iPad, Gen 8 and 9 if I remember correctly.
Crazy idea: what happens after you set a full name in your user profile and reboot the mobile device?

I have an iPad Mini 6th gen (18.4.1) and an iPhone 16 Pro Max (18.4.1). The download button is missing from both.
Just done. Made no difference
I would try a Log out and back in of a Device, and or Delete and re install
Made no difference
Still no download button on anything
Does it appear in Landscape mode? Ipad mini or iPhone
