I cant download subtitles as could before…I dont think I made any changes in the system.
I,m using an ubuntuserver and linux Mint client.
Can you guys help me?

Plex Desktop for Linux is not listed as a supported client.
Maybe you were using Plex Web?
Sorry yes I.m using plex web on linux mint
