I’ve been away from my laptop for awhile, and I recently logged into Plex on Windows 10 to edit some tags on my music files. I can’t find a place, anymore, that allows me to do that. The whole interface is different. It seems very stripped down, and I no longer have options to edit album artwork, remove tags, merge albums, or edit any metadata. What happened? Am I missing something?
Perhaps you started ‘Plex for Windows’ (from the Microsoft App Store). This is a consume-only app.
To manage your server, you need to use the Plex Web app:
