In one of the new updates it says that they added the ability to edit tags but I can’t see the option anywhere.
If you’re using Plex in a web browser you’ll need to use the hosted app (https://app.plex.tv/desktop), the bundled version with PMS doesn’t yet have the required changes to support this.
You can access the screen by going to the photo, clicking the pencil icon and then you’ll see the Tags option on the left.
Both iOS and Android apps now support this in their respective photos details screens (ensure you have the latest updates).
In Android when you’ve loaded the photo open the context menu from the top right and go to Details and the tagging option is below the description box.
In iOS, when viewing the photo click the ‘i’ icon at the top right and you’ll find the tag option there.
@drzoidberg33 This is awesome. However it’s not useful for me yet because of this.
I have my wife and children. I have given each of them a account. They can each do photo upload to a separate photo library for them. However they cant edit the tags because they are not the admin.
Please add permission delegation for editing tags and deleting photos.
