Not seeing new photo tag option

I do not see the new picture tag feature when I add a photo library and my plex media server on my NVidia shield still shows 1.2.7 version not the new 1.3 do I need to do something to make this happen, I have gone to update and there are no new updates?

Nevermind, my issue is different. I have the option checked, but nothing has changed.

Trying to enable photo tagging. Photo folder shows no option tag available. Plex 1.3.0.3059. Click on photos from Plex dashboard edit only has 3 options available (General, Add Folders & Advanced) under the advanced tab however I do see three check boxes ( Include in Dashboard, Enable Video Preview Thumbnails & Tag Photos) I see nothing like it states in the directions for existing photo libraries shown here: [support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/234976627-Auto-Tagging-of-Photos]. Any help greatly appreciated

I have the same issue. No end in sight.

Okay, I just figured this out. If you are using the Chrome App (which is very nice), you won’t see the ‘Options’ page. If you look through the web app, it shows up. Spread the word!
