Where do I download 1.3 from ? I have my Server set for Plex Pass but stuck on 1.11.3

Edit the photo, go to the ‘Tags’ tab
(don’t use the pencil from the bottom when you are ‘playing’ the library)

Thanks for the help. I can now edit the tags. What is confusing (apart from the 1.3 version number in the News Post) is that I dont see the tag icon in the photo.
