Can't expand 'Manage Recommendations' tab

I’m trying to expand the new ‘Manage Recommendations’ section but not able to. When I click it the font disappears and I get the inverted arrow… but nothing appears. Tried the usual resetting server, logging in and out, different browsers.

Also when I go into a library and select the ‘Recommended’ tab it just says “something went wrong… an unexpected error occurred.”

That looks like something is wrong with your setup. Try optimizing your database and see if it finishes properly. If it doesn’t you might have some corruption in the database. If that doesn’t help.

  • make sure debug logging is on/ verbose logging is off
  • restart PMS
  • don’t do anything, just let it sit there for 5 minutes
  • grab the PMS logs and share them here
