"Manage Recommendations" not visible in Libraries

Hello forum,
i can´t see the field “Manage Recommendations” in Settings > Server > Manage > Libraries. Did I miss something? Do i have to enable it anywhere? I tried restarting and everything is up to date. Plex Server runs on Windows 10 on a virtual machine. I have no Plex Premium.

The “Manage Recommendations” link should appear when you hover over a Library in the Manage Libraries area. Are you moving the mouse over the libraries?
