There is no Plex server connected to your plex.tv account.
You need to first connect your server. See: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/
Sometimes this process is hampered by
- DNS issues (use google’s dns server 8.8.8.8 instead of your ISP’s)
- web browser add-ins (disable all of them for the time being, consider using the web browser’s “incognito” mode during the procedure)
- “DNS rebinding protection” in your router/dns resolver https://support.plex.tv/articles/206225077-how-to-use-secure-server-connections#toc-4
