How do I add a library?

Server Version#:4.63.0
Player Version#:
I have followed the instructions but I never get offered the opportunity during set up to add a library. I don’t see any options to add library. If I go top settings, all I see is:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Plex and I am about to give it. It simply never gives me the option to add my own libraries.
On the main screen, I dod see this:

That looks great but it is Plex movies, not my movies. I want to add my own movies.

There’s another step to do after installing the server. Go to this page:
https://support.plex.tv/articles/204604227-why-can-t-the-plex-app-find-or-connect-to-my-plex-media-server/
and find the section entitled “Can’t Access Server Settings.”

Thanks. That tells me to go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop. When I do this, it then tells me to download the Plex Media Server. I have already done this and installed it. I am going around in circles. This seems unbelievably complicated. Is there an easy way to do this?

This is what I get when I press + Your Media. It then downloads Plex Media Server, which I already have installed.

If this is a brand new install, check out New Server Claiming Requirement for MacOS.

Looks like some of the support documentation needs to be updated to account for this.

I’ll get it updated.
