Can't find logs in Linux server

Hello,

I have a Debian server for Plex Media Server.

The logs are not upated in “/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Logs/Plex\ Media\ Server/Plex\ Media\ Scanner.log”.

If I download the logs from the web interface, the files are updated.

I want to get this file without the web interface, where could I found them?

Thanks for your help.

Kind regards.

Looks like you’re looking in some old place…

Linux and NAS Devices

In general, log files will be located in a Logs directory inside the main Plex Media Server data directory.

In most cases, the Plex installation and associated files/directories will be owned by the plex:plex user:group. You may need to switch users to access the content for some platforms.

On Debian, the logs should be located in /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs

Thanks!

I am looking in “/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Logs/” and they are in “/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application\ Support/Plex\ Media\ Server/Logs/”.

Thanks for your help.

Regards.
