Can someone help me I can’t be able to get on my plex server anymore
I tried to update to the latest version v.1.41.6.9606 and once it was finished updating I got the message: The requested URL was not found on this server.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me try to fix it asap

that means plex isnt running, can you get a copy of your server logs?
Can you be able to help me do that cause I am a total noob with knowing any of my server

grab the log folder from https://support.plex.tv/articles/202915258-where-is-the-plex-media-server-data-directory-located/ for WD that should be /mnt/HD/HD_a2/plex_conf/Plex Media Server/

I know I saw this already from the support plex.tv website but I dont know how i can find my logs
which is why I desperatly need some help with this
On your WD go to that folder, there will be a logs folder, zip it up and upload it.
This text will be hidden
once you have it uploaded to your computer just let me know if you know how to fix it
I have no clue what you just uploaded, but those are not your server logs. I would remove it as it may contain personal information/security issues.
I aready removed it instantly but I can not find any server logs on my My Cloud
I have looked everywhere
