Until a recent Plex update I was able to view the OTA TV schedule of upcoming shows by title and channel to decide which programs to record. I am able to locate the upcoming movies to record but not the TV shows. Why?

This was addressed in a recent server update (beta 1.18.2.2015):

Once installed you’ll have a new tab in the Live TV & DVR view called Browse which exposes the previous functionality.
