Plex and HDHomerun - Plex not picking up most recordings

Hi guys
I’m having trouble getting Plex to pick up scheduled TV shows and I can’t work out why. I’ve refreshed all the DVR channels, tried with mapping the HD channels to their SD equivalent (as the UK HD channels don’t always have the data) but it’s ony picking up a few shows, the rest it says not episodes scheduled.

I know there are - lots - as the HDHomerun app will record them and so will Emby, but I prefer to use Plex as it lets me designate where to record different shows. Any ideas?

I’ve had this too.

Assuming there upcoming episodes (I have got caught out by that), I deleted the recording and then re-instated it.

It’s frustrating. I’ve tried deleting all the recordings and resetting them but it still shows most as no upcoming airings.

Are your recordings set up to record “New” only, or “New and Repeat”? If “New” only then double check your guide that there are actually new episodes listed upcoming… verify this in your Plex guide - with the (relatively) recent Plex EPG changes I’ve read that there have been some issues with new vs repeat.

Ah, I think that’s it, I’ve changed them all and most are showing up. Thanks, I’ll keep an eye on them to make sure it’s picking them all up :slight_smile:
