This is driving me nuts…
All of a sudden everyone has lost connections. So I deleted all my managed users and trying again.
I’m trying to set up Plex with managed users for the AppleTV and family members
My main/master account works . I tried to create a managed user But when I go to edit that user in the plex server user share settings I get a "We were unable to retrieve libraries for xxxxxxxx. Please ensure the server is signed in to your Plex account. Plex Server shows that it is signed in with master account.
Plex is on a NAS, the mac I am using is on the same network
I read some stuff here and deleted the cache folder… no joy.
please help, before wife wants to watch a movie.
