Plex.tv hang on managed user after deleting a library

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Player Version#: 4.116.1

I have a problem with MANAGED users on Plex servers - I think it is related to them still seeing a deleted library.

Steps (that I suspect are related to this issue):

I added an NVIDIA Shield TV pro (server+client) and added media - all good.
(I also have a docker-based PMS but am in the process of moving to the Shield)

I then shared media with Home and managed users (still good).
Due to some media detection issues, I then removed a library (but did not remove other users from it before I deleted them).

Now, I can no longer access “Managed Users” - keeps spinning, but no progress on the web page. I assume it has to do with the fact that I removed a library that is still available to other users.

Also, I now get a “Network error” when trying to view my own profile (top right on the page).

I suspect the easiest would be to clean out my Plex.tv account (remove all servers and libraries). I could then associate servers again and add library access cleanly.

Is there any way I can initiate this from Plex.tv myself? Essentially start from scratch (without loosing my Lifetime pass)?

Thanks…

Just wanted to update my own post…

Problem went away once I removed the NVIDIA Shield server from the account.
While the server was not claimed with a Plex account, I cleaned bundles and optimised database, then re-claimed it to the account.

After that, the issues no longer occurred.

Coincidence maybe.
