I have had the same problem with Discover Credits. I just figure out (by this thread), that you must have Include adult content disabled on each library. I then logged out and back in again and it worked.
Set the Agent to “Plex Movie” (NOT “Plex Movie (Legacy)”)
This is a one-way street. Don’t revert it. (you can actually mess up your library by going back and forth, so don’t do it.)
The conversion is not complete unless you Refresh Metadata of the whole library afterwards.
As in my screenshot, I can’t set the Agent to “Plex Movie” in Server - Setting, but it appears in LIbrary - Edit - Advance. I am a bit confused what AGENT I am using.,
Yes. But it means that your managed users won’t see it.
Do you have some extended filtering in your network?
Discovery uses a new subdomain discover.plex.tv and the server and your clients need to have access to that.
The above screenshot only shows how your local library is looking after you engage a filter for [actor name].
This is the old behaviour, without the Discover Credits feature.
With Discover Credits enabled, it should look more like this:
I understand your point. So the problem is the Discover Credits should appear when I click the actor’s avatar or search the name in the search box, right?
