The Plex Discover Credits stopped working on all of my devices a few days ago. When I search for an actor or click them in a movie cast, all I get is a grid of what they have done in my library. I no longer see their Picture, Known For, Filmography, etc. I checked to Upgrade Library Matching and that wasn’t there, and I have Refreshed all Metadata.
On what specific apps are you no longer seeing the Discover Credits person pages?
Also… did you possibly change anything about the libraries in question (e.g. applying a different agent, changing library types)?
I’ve just updated to the latest Plex Pass beta of PMS and this is working great as it did in the past (no noticeable changes).
I am not seeing them anywhere, desktop, AppleTV, iphone. That is why I assumed it was at a server level. I haven’t changed anything that I know of, but obviously something changed.
I am having the same issue. Oddly enough, this is only happening on my Movies library. All other libraries and Plex-provided content show the Discover Credits just fine. I saw someone on Reddit solve it by just deleting the library and re-adding it, but it would be a very time-consuming task to have to rebuild all of my collections and custom metadata. There has to be some sort of fix.
