Can't get Home Users to access library

Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081
Player Version#: browser

I’ve created Home Users, including a Guest User and either it sees the library Server and says:

Not authorized
You do not have access to this server

or, like with the Guest User, it says:

No content available
Kindly ask the Plex Home admin to share content with you.

Both of them have the libraries shared, and I have no problem in accessing the media with the original account.

Any clues?
