DSM7 - New NAS for existing Home User - No acces tot server (migration home user to own PlexServer)

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.25.1.5286-34f965be8-x86_64_DSM7

Hi All!
I had my brother as a Home User on my Plex Server (Synology DS920+ with DSM7).
Today I installed a new NAS for him directly (DS220+ with DSM7).

So, it is a brand new installation on which I installed the latest Plex Server.
I als bought him a Lifetime Plex Pass.
When logging in with only his credentials I saw all the stuff I had shared with him on my server. But not the new one.
When logging in fromout DSM7 (web plex screen) I get ‘you have no acces to this server’.
I have reinstalled Plex, I have unshared him,
Normally the PlexSystemUser has r/w rights, the shared folders allow Plex acces, …
I just can not define the new PlexServer…

Very strange thing here.
What could be the issue?

thank you

A user can only belong to one Plex Home.

Remove him as a Home User on your system.

Add him as a Friend to share libraries with him.

After installing Plex Media Server, point your browser directly at the Plex server: http://ip_of_nas:32400/web (using the real IP address of the NAS).

This is required for initial setup of the server. You cannot use QuickConnect, DDNS, click the “Open” button in the Package Manager, etc.

Additional Information:

Hi

thank you for your reply.
I did off course remove him from my system.
I could add him as a friend to share content, but there is no need.
He would have his own NAS now with own content.

I did pointed at ‘open’ in the PackageManager, i openend from out the Programs panel, I tried everything I think…

this is what I got.
I retried several times now, finally get into the setup…
think it will work… okay!
