Why is the server unavailable for so many days 6 days now…

You need to speak with whomever shares their server with you. if you paid someone to access their server then be aware that is against our terms of service and illegal it many places.
Yeah i Pay a person for a media server… For 6 months and have still been offline…
I have plex in 7 years now i never have this problem before.

since you are admitting your are buying server access from this person the only thing that will likely happen is their account will be disabled for breaking our terms of service. Maybe that already happened and that is why you don’t have access anymore.
We are not whomever you paid. If they are not giving you whatever you paid for then you need to talk to them. Whomever you paid, it is their server and that person and their ability to maintain their server is up to them. Their server is their computer at their house or where ever they store it.
I don’t know how else to explain to you that we are not Fotas@techie.com whomever they are.

I normale write to a Email if there Are problems and they look My profil up and give me a New and I got this crapy server there Are offline so many times on a week
we are not them, you did not pay us. You paid some random person on the internet money to access their server. If they disabled or misconnfigured your access to their server, that has nothing to do with us.
again what you purchased was against our terms of service. the only thing I can equate it to is buying stolen watches on the street.
Yes it have… Because i have plex in 7 years now… And the support for Media server give me this New crapy server… I got this then we got the New server on media server…
Have you the mail adress for the support for Media server so i can mail with a person there know what i talk about… Because you seen not to know that… I have been a plex user in 7 years for Media server and have Pay for it All the years and now with the New servers there Are No good support back there answer and give a good fitback with a New server.
I have got the server from support mannagement from plex then it start up after New servers
There is no email for media server support.
We not get the information about the server media… Nothing to Email a anything if there Are problems… Thats why i always have write with plex media support

And I have talk with the sopport before but can’t find the mail to Them they was always so good to help. And they give a New server user if they could fix the problem
Have My server on mobile, Playstation, tablet and My tv… On the plex app. I have log in like normale. But It say now the media server is unavailable for 9 days now… So enoring. And have No Email to the person there have the server because before you get a user(server) and boom you could see New movies every Day but now it like its offline. And I have May lots off money… For a 6 month ( 350DDK in danish coins)
