Can't get remote access to work - Sophos UTM & DS1520

I’ve been trying to configure remote access for weeks. I have configured my ATT router to passthrough the external WAN IP to my Sophos UTM firewall. I have configured the firewall to forward port 39999 to the Plex server (hosted on my Synology DS1520) on port 32400.

Plex is accessible on my internal network. CanYouSeeMe shows the IP/Port is accessible. I’ve even pulled the IP/Port up on my phone over cellular and that appears to work. But every time I attempt to configure remote access, it fails to connect. It shows the problem is from the Internet to my external IP/Port.

whats in your UTM log? maybe IPS blocks the request? Or ATP? Any Application Filter Rules on your UTM
