I can’t get Remote Access working. I’ve disabled and enabled numerous times but it doesn’t work.

Did you setup a port forward?

I’m a layman. I’m not sure how to do any of that kind of stuff.

Port 32400 needs to go to your Plex machines private up, usually starts with 192.168.
