Can't get Xbox One to Recognize - "Xbox, Go to Plex"

I have been trying to pronounce Plex in so many different ways, but my Xbox just refuses to switch to the app. It goes to music, uploads, or my apps instead.  Is there some trick to this?

Try: [Xbox One forum](https://forums.plex.tv/forum/148-plex-for-xbox-one/)

I've never had a problem with it to be honest. Do you have an accent or anything that could be throwing it off? You definitely need to enunciate quite clearly. I do believe there is a thread (a bit on the older side) in the above forum about this.

Sorry, I started looking for the answer before I logged in as a Plex Pass member. Didn't see the xbox forum.

No accent. No problems with any other apps. Weird.

Don't worry, you aren't the only one. I all but gave up on the forums until I realized you had to be logged in to see them. What a ridiculous setup, forcing login just to read posts

Anyone have helpful information to provide on this? My husband and I recently signed up for a Plex Pass and are noticing the Xbox One just cannot understand the app name when we say "go to Plex". It will alternate between thinking we said Friends or Settings, and sometimes it'll go to My Apps, but never to Plex. If the Plex app is on-screen and we are actively selecting items, then it might recognize when we say "Plex", however if we leave it to determine what we've said on its own then it will fail to properly understand each time. We tried pronouncing Plex in a variety of ways and neither of us had success. No accents here; we live in the Pacific Northwest. All other commands work fine on the Xbox One, but it really struggles to understand "Plex" apparently.
