I was excited to use Plex after hearing about the Xbox One app.  So I downloaded the latest Plex server and purchased the Plex Pass.  I installed the Xbox One app but all I get is an error "no servers found".  If I try to "Go Home" it goes through the same routine.  I can easily access the server via my Android device and web app, so I know the server is running properly.  What is the problem?  There's no help on the Plex site on how to use the Xbox One app, just the big press releases.  Is there any documentation on how to configure and use it?  Anyone successfully using it?

i had this same exact issue earlier today gave up on it came back tonight and now it tells me i need a microsoft account and has a sign in link after signing in it brings me back to the same place

I had it working perfectly and the next day I also got the signing in issue. I left it for a while hoping it was a connection issue that would sort itself out, but it is still asking me to sign in and then does nothing. I haven't found many people talking about it though, so I wonder if this is a common problem

What you need to do is quit the app and re-launch it. 

Here is how you can replicate the problem.

1. Turn on your console

2. Before logging in with your profile, launch plex.

3. You will the receive the error stating your not logged in to your account.

4. Login with your account

At this point you will still see this error.

To fix it:

1. Go to the dashboard

2. Highlight the main Plex window

3. Activate the settings menu (start button)

4. Quit the application 

5. Proceed to re-launch the application

6. Begin watching Plex content with popcorn or your choice of snack  :D

This should resolve the problem.
