Can't install the Plex DVR Beta version.

How do I install the Plex DVR? I’m a PlexPass member, lifetime. The Plex version that I have is 1.3.4.3285. Also, I have the HD HomeRun Prime installed. Is the Plex DVR the same as the HD HomeRun DVR service?
