"Create a DVR" not showing up in my PlexPass server install

Hi, I recently cut over from the Public to PlexPass edition of PMS so that I can try out the DVR features. I’m 100% positive the PlexPass version is running (per ‘ps -ax’). I have a PlexPass. I have logged out both my web client and my server, and reclaimed the server, and still, I don’t see the “Create a DVR” button which is referenced here: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/225877347-Set-Up-and-Configure-a-DVR

Any suggestions welcome!

Depends on the version number. If your already installed version has a higher version number than the DVR-enabled version, the installer will refuse to “downgrade”.

On Windows, it is generally safe to first uninstall, then install the other version - as long as you do the uninstall with the normal way in the Windows control panel.
DO NOT use Revo uninstaller or similar software.
