That’s the latest PMS release. If you click the link sGarver gave you, you’ll see you need to download the DVR Beta release, which is a completely different piece of software.

The orange text under the fat black heading ‘DOWNLOADS’ are all download links.

Yeah I downloaded Windows (Windows 7 SP1 or newer) however that did not help I also just installed Plex-Media-Server-1.2.7.2987-1bef33a.exe still has not resolved my issue. Is there someone to call to cancel my subscription?

Did you try to install the DVR version (Plex-Media-Server-1.2.0.3167-aa897d8) on top of the Plex-Media-Server-1.2.7.2987-1bef33a version??

If you did, you should first uninstall 1.2.7 and then install the 1.2.0 (DVR) version.

This looks to be a mess now. I’d uninstall any PMS you have on the machine, reboot, then install the DVR Beta. Also, read the DVR beta thread.
