Cant log in as admin user, stuck at pin

Today I am unable to log via plex.tv as admin. Other users work fine. Local login as admin works fine.
At plex.tv, I select admin user, enter pin, and then I look at the spinning circle forever.
Is the auth server botched again?

It is working fine here. What browser are you using. It is just the web app that is doing it? Can you switch to another user then switch back to your admin and enter pin in another app?

Weird, seems to be a Chrome issue. Tried Chrome 68.0.3440.106 and 70.0.3538.67, displaying the same problem. Firefox works fine. It’s just web app on plex.tv, android app working fine, and if I login directly to server IP, it is working as well.

Update - started to disable extensions in chrome trying to root the cause out, and have some interesting development. After disabling LastPass, every second attempt works. First time I enter pin, got rolling circle, I go back to user selection and click admin again, enter pin and I am logged in. If I click switch users, same behavior - first time fail, second time success. Tried 16 times just to be sure. Funny thing is, after re-enabling LastPass extension, nothing changed.

I am having the same problem of not being able to login is admin user from Chrome. I can login as other users and I can login as admin on Edge and the standalone client. I am running:
Version 72.0.3626.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I am also seeing a lot of errors in the console.

Started seeing this issue today after updating to Chrome 72 (72.0.3626.81). Works fine in Firefox or for accounts that don’t have a PIN code.

I’m seeing some errors in the console related to sentry.io rate limits so I wonder if that might have something to do with it.

Update: I just tried again and now it’s working. I didn’t change anything and used Chrome 72 on the same computer as before. I’m not sure what changed or why it’s working for me again.

I’m seeing the same issue in both Chrome and Firefox. Chrome is version 72.0.3626.81 and Firefox is at version 65.0. I can get to the pin prompt screen, but then when I enter my pin, the icon at the top just spins and nothing happens. Seems to work fine from Windows 10 store app and Edge, as well as all other devices in the house, so I don’t believe it’s a back-end server issue.
