Can't choose user in Plex Home

I have used this feature for a while and haven’t had any trouble with it at all.
But tonight when I’m at work and was going to go into Plex, nothing happens when i click on my user and type in my Pin code. It thinks for a while, but then it goes back with blank in the Pin.
If I choose another user (they don’t have pins) it just thinks a while and then nothing happens.

It works for my BF on his cellphone on the app and it works on our TV and Ps4.

If using Chrome, do you have any extensions installed? I noticed a few of mine can cause random problems on various sites.

Starting several days ago, only the web browser client has been getting this issue. I have “Secure connections” disabled to improve playback performance, especially with Chromecast. From a browser already logged in, it prompts for me to choose a profile. If I choose the main profile with a PIN and enter the pin, it spins for a few seconds, then shakes and wants me to re-enter. If I choose another profile without a PIN, it thinks for a few seconds then does nothing. The problem is only when accessing from other systems. I’ve tried Chrome, Safari, and IE. Same problem. If I use a browser on the same system as my Windows Plex server (1.8.1.4139), I can access the web console just fine.

I had same thing I changed secure connection from preferred to required and viola the web came right back.

I didn’t update or restart so not sure what the cause was.
