Home Users can't login with or without pin on web app

For some reason, neither I (admin) nor any of my home users can login with their pin. I tried removing my pin and it still did not help. There were no new configuration changes. It just stopped all of a sudden. We can all still login and use the mobile application and the AppleTV app with and without pins. Has anyone else experienced this?

Edit: I should mention that Plex is running from my QNAP NAS Model TS-451 with Plex Version 1.6.1.3722 which was recently applied and is the latest release for my device.

Here is a screencast of what I am experiencing: screencast.com/t/Ggb2NahH0P

What version of the web app are you using? If you are using the one that comes with the Plex Server application, try using the web app at plex.tv and see if that makes any difference.

Yes I am having the same issue. Just started after my last update to version 1703840.
I can still log in to Apple TV. But not on my computer. There is a quick little flash when it loads the screen like there is a missing add in then it brings up the user Icons. When I enter my pins it just shakes and clears them.

Hi @kegobeer-plex I am using the web app at app.plex.tv/web to try to access. I can access it directly from the server with no issues since it does not as for a pin when I login and it bypasses the home user stuff. I am running the latest version of Plex, Version 1.6.1.3722. I have attached my logs.

@Jimbo1607 , That is the exact same issue that I am experiencing.

I tried launching it from the Plex website with the same results. I have also tried using a different browser, same results.

Yeah, same here. I tried three different browsers, three different computers and even the web browser on my iPad and it still happens. It works perfectly fine on the iOS App and the AppleTV app.

Try logging in with chrome and see if that works.
From my tests, it is broken on Safari and Firefox, but works on Chrome

@blim5001 I tried last night and got the same results.

Ok. I launched the Plex Server on my laptop and was able to connect to my NAS using my local connection.

Tried to reset my admin Pin from there and it would not let me. It had the same reaction as logging in from the web.

@Jimbo1607 go to plex.tv and log into your account and change or remove your pin there.

@ckersey2 I was able to do that. I was just looking to see if there was another way in. It sounds like it is on their Web page.

You have to do all pin management functions on the plex.tv website, as far as I remember anyway.

I just noticed that the version of plex that is installed is a Plex Pass Preview. I am going to try to downgrade back to the public release to see if that helps.

I downgraded from the Plex Pass Preview version to the public version and the issue still exists.

Same here able to access direct but not via web?

There was a new update for my WD NAS. I loaded it and still have the same problem.

@kegobeer-plex Are you seeing this issue?

@Jimbo1607 what version are you running now? Was it a public update or a Plex Pass Preview update?
