I am able to view my Plex videos from my phone (anywhere) and on my home network, but I can’t view any of my Plex videos from other devices outside my home (IE, my parents’ smart TV or hotel TVs), even though I can log in to my account. Just to clarify, I have already enabled remote access in my settings. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?
