New to Plex - Mobile devices won't play

I’ve no idea what to do. I’ve installed PLEX and the server to my hard drive. It will play through a browser, but will not play over any mobile device. I know that the mobile devices are working fine because a relative allowed me access to their account and I can stream from their server just fine. In simple, laymen’s terms, how should the server be configured to allow access from remote devices?
