Can't log to server and plex.tv

Help me please!
I have my own plex server for about 2 years now.
But suddenly I can’t log to my server (windows 10) and can’t even log on plex.tv either… I tried 3 different browser and can’t log…

When I hit “sign in button, it takes a while before I can enter my info. When I enter my username and password it takes a while before I got the message:” there was a problem signin to plex"
I can log with my phone only.

Can you login to plex.tv using a private/incognito window?

Make sure you have the plex.tv domain whitelisted in any ad blockers, cookie blockers, or similar extensions/plug-ins that might block access to plex.tv hosts.

Clear the browser cache, then restart the browser.

No I can’t, I uninstalled vpn and ad blocker. Removed all firewall and still can’t login…
I also uninstall and clean plex.
Emptied cache and removed all cookie on all browsers.

Turns out my browser was the issue. I ended the task, then restarted the browser and am now signed in properly.

Didn’t work… Like I said I can’t log on Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft edge. Same problem everywhere

How are you posting to the forum?

Seems odd that you could login to forums.plex.tv but not app.plex.tv or plex.tv.

I’m not doubting what you are posting. Just can’t figure out why it is happening.

I’m stumped. Not sure what else to try.

On my second message I said that I can log with my phone. But on my computer I can’t do anything.
I am answering with my phone right now.
I edited my first message and added the info (I couldn’t edit earlier)

Still stumped. Hopefully someone better with Windows has some ideas.

same here, right now the only computer i can log in is the server one (windows 10), the other ones all failed (2 mac)

and even the server one, i can’t access the public resource but only the ones on my own harddrive.

my issue seems be fixed after multiple restarts…both on the server and other computers, NOT router

Didn’t work for me. I restarted my computer 10 times and I still can’t log to plex.tv or my server…
I downloaded Emby…

Looks like there was an ip for plex that was blocked in host file.
I erased it and bang! All came back like before!

(c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts)
