Can't login to Plexamp - Win

Windows Plexamp Version#: 4.12.3 - win32 10.0.26200

Plex app runs fine, as does Plex in browser. Manually removed subdirectories in AppData/Local and /Roaming, and also ‘uninstalled’ Plexamp through Settings. Upon fresh install, login fails. Any insight appreciated.

(I will say, the phrase “Network changed: type is unknown → WIFI“ appears a few times, and this machine isn’t on wi-fi.)
