Cannot login to plexamp

Neither login via username and password or via browser works.

Server Version#: 4.146.0
Player Version#: 4.12.3

Plexamp running on Windows 11 24H2.

This is what I found in the plexamp logs.

-28 is a timeout.

Something between you and plex.tv is blocking traffic there, it would appear.
