Can't login using email to Plex account/server from a different chrome profile

Hi

I usually access Plex from my own chrome profile. I decided to create a new chrome profile just for Plex so that I can show the same synced chrome browser tabs over several home Win10 devices.

I set up a new Gmail account and logged in to Chrome using that account. I enter the HTTP://ServerIP:32400/web and select “Login with email”; I enter my own Gmail address and p/w for Plex login and get

“The username or password is incorrect.” OR
“The username or password is incorrect. Repeated attempts may temporarily disable sign in.”

… yet I can log in to plex using those same credentials in my own chrome profile…???

I’ve tried clearing the browser cache - same.
Tried logging from the same new chrome profile on another PC - same.

Any advice, please? TIA

It should be possible to sign in using a different profile. I just tested and it worked fine for me. Are you manually typing in your email and password or using something to automatically enter that information for you?
