Account issue on different browers

Hello. I seem to have a problem with my account. I’ve changed the password a few times, and I think somehow with the password change several weeks ago, the username may have been changed accidentally.

Since then, I have Internet Explorer that appears to still be signed in properly, I can see my Plex server within internet explorer, and see that I have Plex pass, and see the additional 2 users on my account.

But, if I log into Chrome with my email address as the username or the username that is set currently for me, and the current password, and click Launch, it shows it’s looking for a Plex server, and pops up about purchasing Plex pass. Clicking on Users doesn’t show the 2 accounts that are setup (the ones that show up in Internet Explorer). It’s as if this is a completely new account.

I have tried logging into plex.tv website, and update my username back to what it was originally setup as, but it warns that the username has already been taken.

Somehow it seems my account has gotten out of sync with the username and/or password change.

By any chance are you using Lastpass?
I have issues with lastpass filling in things that I don’t want.

Also Chrome does strange things on certain sites when filling in login and passwords.

Plex pass billing was able to sort things out. Found out that somehow I had 2 accounts created. And was logging in with the wrong email. I had forgotten about using an older email account on my plex pass account. :frowning:
