Hi,
I just got my Nas synology 418 and tried to manually install plex server and kept getting the following error: this package is not supported on the platform of DiskStation or is incompatible with the current DSM version.
Model: DS418
DSM version: DSM 6.2-23739 Update 2
PSM version: PlexMediaServer-1.13.4.5271-200287a06-x86_64.spk
Please help and really apprecite the help

So far everything went well. I just need to figure out how to name the tv series since they dont show up as series but showed as duplicates (12 copies of number 1). Also some folders are not scanned properly (most likely the naming issues) and need to figure out on how to force the scanning.

This will require a lot of work at nite after work 
It is trivial if you get FileBot (the defacto best tool for the job) . 
You can also try FreeCommanderXE to rename files in bulk.

I was able to change all the naming and Plex has updated to the right structure and numbering
